House Rules

Guests are expected to follow our house rules and guidelines, which will be provided upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.

1.) Check-in: 15.00 – 22.00
Check-out: till 10.00

2.) All guests must provide personal ID or passport at check-in due to state regulations.

3.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

4.) Parties are not allowed.

5.) Do not smoke inside or on the balcony – go upstairs to the garden of the restaurant.

6.) Please do not bring in your liquor.

7.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 7 am (23.00 – 7.00).

8.) Pets are welcome with prior approval.

9.) Bed linen and towels may be replaced after three nights.

10.) We are not responsible for the damage to guests and the theft and loss of personal items and money.

11.) The use of personal heating and cooking appliances is not permitted.

12.) Staff have the right to check without the permission of the guests if they comply with the house rules by the rules.

13.) In the event of serious domestic law offenses, the police may intervene.

14.) Food and beverages from the mini bar are paid for in the restaurant before check out. The guests’s bank card is charged if they do not settle the tab upon departure.

15.) The customer shall not be entiled to additional services not offeres.
